One of the many things I love about Korea is KPOP! The music is cool and many of the dances are just insane and incredibly awesome!!

Guess I'll have to learn the dances by myself, but it would really be awesome to meet up as a big group of people, working out, dancing and learning together! <3

Phew
Hmm, today started out to be a really lazy day. Made breakfast, spoke on the phone with my best friend about an hour, and then I played PS3. For hours.. x)
Decided to work out a bit as a "punishment" for being lazy, and ended up dancing for 2 hours. Just took about 100 sit-ups and now I'm eating some fruit before I go to shower. Feel like crap after I've been working out!
And yeah, my blog-entries aren't exactly the best. I know. Not really in a blogging-mood, but still trying to write SOMETHING at least..
Today I'll make chicken-filèt and rice for dinner. Been cooking alot recently, so going for something simple today. And tomorrow is mother's day, and I haven't thought of it until now. Gotta think of something for her!
Anyway, enough of this non-sense blogging - I'm gonna shower!

More packages + dessert
I'm too lazy to take pictures though, but anyway..
I got:

I also made a dessert yesterday! I've gotten so much positive responses on it!!

I also made 3 portions of a mix between fried rice and wok..
The ingredients are:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of rice (any type of rice, whatever you prefer)
- Eggnoodles (1 portion / pack)
- 1/2 paprika
- 1 chicken filèt
- Frozen vegetables (as much or little as you want)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
So I ate 1 portion for dinner yesterday, one portion for breakfast today ( xD ) and probably gonna eat one portion for dinner today!
And as I wrote this, I got an sms from the local post office that another package has arrived for me.. Hehe.. Guess I'll walk there a bit later then ~

Mood swings?
Ok, so about a week ago, I sent my application for a job in DisneyWorld Florida, USA.
Yesterday, I got a mail about them wanting a phone-call / skype chat with me, so I added the woman they told me to add, and today she called me. After the conversation, she said she would like to invite me to a face2face interview in March, and I said yes!
I was so happy about it, and I wanted to tell my parents about it, and told my brother to tell them to call me when they got home.. My dad did, and I told him about it.. And Mr. Negativity himself started talking about the damn ADD-thing, and I should stay in Norway, and I'll be 25 before I'm done with school and bla bla bla!
Talk about ruining my mood!
I mean, OK they're older than me, and may want "the best" for me, but they keep forgetting I'm a grown-up too! I don't want to stay in Norway, and end up like them! I wanna explore the world, learn by my own mistakes, and do things my way! They need to understand I'm not a little girl anymore, and even if I do things the mainstream way they want me to do it, I will still be successful in some way or another!
So, what if I'm still in school at age 25? If that happens, then that's my choice..

Sweet Heart Brownies
Here's something more to make for Valentines!
Sweet Heart Brownies
- Ingredients
- 36 2-inch graham crackers
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (don't use evaporated milk)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 16-ounce package semisweet chocolate morsels
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º (325º for glassware). While you generously grease an 8-inch square baking pan, put your kids to work crushing the graham crackers into fine crumbs. It's especially easy and fun if you seal the crackers in a plastic bag and then use a rolling pin.
- Stir together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the chocolate morsels, pecans, and graham cracker crumbs and mix with a wooden spoon until well blended.
- Spoon the batter (it will be very stiff) into the greased pan. Use the back of a wooden spoon (or clean hands) to pat the batter into an even layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan.
- Use a cookie cutter or a butter knife to cut out small (these brownies are rich!) heart shapes. Serve plain or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or raspberry sherbet. Makes about 8 to 12, depending on size.Thank You, Shantea Mac, for this!
